Washington Electric Cooperative also offers high school sophomores and juniors the opportunity to compete for Youth Tour, a fun and fantastic seven day, all-expenses-paid experience in Washington, D.C.  On this trip, which takes place in June each year, students tour the U.S. Capitol and meet their Congressional representatives and students from across the country while enjoying many of the fascinating sights of our nation's capital city. Applications are made available in early December and are due in early February.
