Pay With SmartHub
Use our SmartHub system to quickly and safely pay your monthly bill. SmartHub also allows you to track your energy usage, view payment history, and sign up for outage and other alerts. Click here for some great tutorials on how to sign up, and all the great features SmartHub offers!

Use SmartHub to enroll in our Auto Pay Program. Or, complete this authorization form and return it to the co-op.
Drive-up payment boxes are located at the front of our office building and also in the parking lot of Warren’s IGA, located at 402 Muskingum Drive in Marietta. Our drop boxes are for checks only; please do not put cash payments in the drop box.
Check payments may be mailed to us at P.O. Box 800, Marietta, OH, 45750. If you are mailing a check without a payment remittance stub, please be sure to include your account number.
Cash, check, and card payments may be made at our office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is at 440 Highland Ridge Road, Marietta, Ohio.
Our Pay Now guest payment system allows you to make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card with no registration required. All you need is your account number and the last name or business name on the account.

Pay Your Bill with Cash Using VanillaDirect Pay
Washington Electric Cooperative now offers VanillaDirect Pay — a convenient way for members to pay their electric bill with cash at participating retail stores.
How It Works
Starting in February, your paper bill will include a unique barcode. Simply take your bill to the register at any participating retailer and:

Show the barcode to the cashier

The cashier will scan it like any other product

Pay your bill with cash

Receive a receipt on the spot
Payments are processed immediately through our secure system, and if you're signed up for SmartHub, you’ll also receive a text and/or email notification when your payment is received.
Don't have your paper bill? No problem! You can also access your barcode through the SmartHub mobile app!

Cost to Use
While there’s no cost from Washington Electric, the retailer will charge a small $1.50 service fee per transaction.
Important Note
VanillaDirect Pay is available for cash payments only. Debit cards, credit cards, or checks are not accepted through this method.
