Washington Electric Cooperative members recently elected incumbents Paul Fleeman, Brent Smith, and Larry Ullman to serve three-year terms on the co-op's Board of Trustees.
As a member-owned cooperative, Washington Electric is governed by a board of trustees elected by the membership. Trustees are responsible for setting policies, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the cooperative remains financially sound while delivering safe, reliable, and at-cost service to the communities we serve.
