Co-op members selected for survey
Five hundred Washington Electric Cooperative members have been randomly selected to participate in the 2010 Energy Use and Appliance Survey conducted by Buckeye Power. This survey is performed every two years to help Ohio’s electric cooperatives keep abreast of appliance use trends and to assist with long-term power requirements. Selected participants should begin receiving the survey by mail in early March. A postage-paid return envelope will also be provided.
Pay your electric bill by phone!
You’ve always depended on Washington Electric Cooperative for reliable and cost-efficient utility service. Now, WEC is providing you another valuable service with our new automated Pay-by-Phone system. It’s a fast, easy, and convenient way to make sure your payment arrives on time each month.
To use Pay-by-Phone, simply call toll free 1-(866)-923-8148. After an initial account set-up for first-time users, you may then pay your electric bill with a credit or debit card. It’s safe, secure, and eliminates the hassle of writing a check and sending through the mail. You can even submit your meter reading!
(Please note that Pay-by-Phone updates account balances only once per month. Payments made between billing cycles will be reflected on your account, but are not updated in the Pay-by-Phone system.)
